Annual Mindscape: Mental Health Festival
Mindscape: Mental Health Festival is our signature community event focused on promoting mental wellness and emotional healing.

The festival includes:
• Interactive workshop stations—each with a unique mental health-related focus on emotional regulation and communication
• Live Q&A sessions with workshop leaders beforehand
• Resource vendors offering self-care tools and community support
The purpose is to reduce stigma, increase access to support, and create space especially for marginalized communities to explore what mental wellness looks like in everyday life.
BIG NEWS
Starting Fall 2025, Mane Up Memphis will open the doors to our very first location and we're proud to announce that we've officially taken over the former Haven space at 622 Minor Rd in Memphis, Tennessee. We're turning this space into a hub for healing, empowerment, and real change offering workshops, therapy sessions, financial education classes, and much more, all rooted in purpose. This is a major milestone not just for us, but for the community we serve. Thank you to everyone who believed in the vision. Let's get to work!

Our Purpose
Mane Up Memphis™ is a licensed solution hub rooted in West Tennessee, transforming lives through wraparound care that includes mental health services, financial education, and personal development.

We serve youth ages 11–25 and their families with one mission: to close service gaps and build sustainable change. Our trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach supports both individuals and family systems—because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

As a health hub, we believe real care must extend beyond the therapy room—into classrooms, households, and trusted community spaces.

We empower people to take control of their lives, break free from limiting beliefs, and build futures they don’t have to recover from.

Why We Exist ?
Across Shelby County, too many youth (ages 11–25) and their families are navigating life without access to mental health care, financial guidance, or consistent support. With a poverty rate that nears double the national average, stability isn’t just hard it feels out of reach.
Mane Up Memphis™ is here to change that.
We don’t hand out hope we build it.

We provide:
-
Licensed mental health care to build emotional strength and healing
-
Financial education to break generational patterns and create lasting stability
-
Household-centered strategies that create impact far beyond the individual
Because no one’s coming to save us.
But with the right tools, we can save ourselves—and build lives we don’t have to escape from.
